"We have had insurance with Lyn Stegall now for about 34 years. We have been very pleased with his agency. I was having difficulty getting verification from the FEMA website that our flood insurance payment had been received. I left a message with the Lyn Stegall agency on Friday afternoon to ask if they could help me obtain a receipt. Edwin Link, who works at the agency, was kind enough to return my phone call after hours and also email a receipt to me. He told me that he didn't want me worrying about it over the weekend since my flood insurance with FEMA was going to expire if they had not successfully received my payment. We also had a very positive experience with the agency a little more than 10 years ago when our car was totaled, and they very promptly paid our claim with no problems."

"This particular office just takes your money. They have such a high turnover on personnel, literally, every time I call, they advise me that the last person I spoke with is no longer at their office. This leads to all of my questions about my unexpected policy changes and cancellations to go unanswered. I just called and they have no representative, just a sales person 🤡 I’m giving them one more chance before I just leave for good and join a competitor.
